Since 2020, JP Real Estate has been building its presence in the Albanian real estate market with a simple approach: to focus on quality rather than quantity.

Our work is centred around exclusive and off-market properties, as well as carefully selected requests entrusted to us by clients looking for something specific. We believe that not every property needs to be everywhere, and not every client needs the same solution.

Our goal is not to cover the entire market, but to know and serve our part of it exceptionally well — with discretion, professionalism and genuine attention to each client and each transaction.

Based in Tirana, we also work across Albania’s coastline, from Velipojë and Shëngjin to Durrës, Vlorë and the southern Riviera.

We work with Albanian and international clients, assisting owners, buyers and tenants throughout the process. For us, real estate is ultimately about people, trust and relationships — not simply properties and transactions.
